Hotels in Lugano are mostly small, so the town holds a broad selection of accommodation in different price categories. All rooms and the respective rates will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so early booking is recommended to ensure a broad selection to choose from. Most of the hotels are within easy walking distance of the Congress Centre (5 to 20 minutes).

Lugano also offers a very well-developed public transport system and, at the check-in, all guests receive the Ticino Ticket – a free pass for public transportation valid during their stay.

To book a room, please download and complete the Booking Form and return your completed form by email to info@amiconiconsulting.ch. A representative of Amiconi Consulting SA will then get in contact to assist in finding the perfect accommodation for your stay.

Booking Deadline:

Early booking is highly recommended.

A large number of rooms at preferential rates in different price categories have been reserved in Lugano for the period of the conference.
Pease make sure to reserve your room as soon as possible to take advantage of the special benefits available for conference participants. Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Should your preferred hotel no longer be available, every effort will be made to offer similar accommodation.

Booking Conditions:

Bookings are subject to availability, with payment options of credit card or bank transfer. All rates are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF), per room, per night and include VAT and breakfast. Tourist taxes have to be added separately: 6.10 CHF per person/day for 4-5 star hotels, 4.55 CHF per person/day for 1-3 star hotels. Should taxes or VAT increase, prices will be changed accordingly.

To guarantee your reservation a 50% deposit is required.
One month prior to arrival (27th December 2019) the remaining balance will be charged.
After 27th December 2019 payment will only be accepted by credit card in full (+3% of CC fee/4% Amex).

Cancellation Policy:

Any change or cancellation of a hotel reservation must be sent in writing according to the following conditions:

– Until 27th November 2019: Full refund except an administration charge of 50 CHF.
– Between 28th November and 27^th December 2019: 50% of the total stay will be refunded
– From 28th December onwards: 100% charge is applicable. No refunds can be offered.

Kindly note that all approved refunds will be processed and issued after the conference.
