Visas
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have checked current visa and immigration regulations before travelling and that you have the necessary visas and documentation.
The conference organisers can supply an invitation letter for visa applications if required. Please note that your registration must be in place before a letter can be issued. To request a letter, please contact alex@hartleytaylor.co.uk.

EU citizens have to meet the following requirements in order to enter Switzerland:
- They must present an ID card or passport which is still valid*
- They must not be the subject of an alert issued in the SIS for the purposes of refusing entry
- They must not pose a threat to public order, Swiss security, public health or the international relations of any of the Schengen states
- They must not be subject to a measure banning them from entry or an order for expulsion from Switzerland
